Faxly lets you send and receive faxes from your device. Faxing incurs real telephony costs, charged as page credits.
Page credits are sold as one-time in-app purchases and do not expire. Faxly Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that provides a dedicated inbound number and a monthly page allowance. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings; manage or cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
You are responsible for the content you fax and for having the right to send it to the recipient. Do not use Faxly for unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited bulk faxing. Faxly's standard plans are not for patient health information (PHI) governed by HIPAA.
Fax delivery depends on telephone networks and the receiving equipment. We surface delivery status but cannot guarantee a receiving line will answer. Pages are refunded when a fax cannot be completed.
Inbound numbers provided with Faxly Plus are issued for the duration of the subscription. If a subscription lapses, the number may be released after a grace period.
Faxly is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
